USING THE LCU SITE
The Limerick Choral Union (“Operator” or “LCU”) is the operator of this Site, although software, hosting and other functions and content may be provided by the Operator’s service providers (“Service Providers”), other companies affiliated with the Operator (“Affiliates”), or merely in a business relationship with the Operator (“Business Partners”). Operator’s Service Providers, Affiliates and Business Partners are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Notice.
This Notice describes the type of information the Operator collects from visitors to the Site, what we do with that information, and how visitors can update and control the use of information provided on the Site. This Notice applies solely to online data collection from this site; it does not describe information collection policies for other data we collect, including data collected on other sites, such as separate sites operated by our Business Partners that we do not control.
